About Us

Scott Mann is a native Floridian that grew up in Sumter County. He started working in the construction industry in his parent’s cabinet business when he was a teenager and eventually became a partner with his father. After becoming a home builder, Scott left the cabinet shop to pursue his passion of building custom homes.

Due to his attention to detail and quality as well as customer care, Scott Mann Custom Homes has seen many repeat clients, often building more than one home for the same people or additional homes for client’s family members. Scott’s subcontractors are also very loyal with many of them working over 10 years and some over 20 years for him.
